Paper winner: The best paper award was Ganesh Babu, Aravind Eye Care System LAICO, who won for: ‘Novel Approach for Enhancing Effective Cataract Surgical Coverage (eCSC) and effective Refractive Error Coverage (eREC): Lessons from a Pilot Initiative at Aravind Eye Hospital (AEH), INDIA’

Poster winner: Out of a strong field of 24 posters, two attendees tied for best poster: Sandip Das Sanyam for ‘Role of traditional healers in the management of microbial keratitis in eastern Nepal’ and Louisa Syrett & Jacqueline Ramke for ‘Assessing Gender Equity in IAPB Members’
